For Women:

  1. IUD (Non-Medicated) CUT – 380 A or PARAGARD – Link [99% Effective]
  2. Spermicidal Sponge – Today’s Sponge – Link [91% Effective for a woman who has never given birth and 89.8% for a women has given birth] – Today’s Sponge
  3. Calendar Method (Not Effective for Women on 3-monthly HRT) – Link
  4. Tubectomy or Female Sterilization (Least Preferred Option)

Reason for not including OC Pills: We are highly against the use of OC Pills because they have been proven to take a very heavy toll on a woman’s health and in some studies, they have led to cancer as well.
